Shipping:
- All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the order date.
- The customer has to bear the shipping cost for the return of the products.
- The shipping cost of the product is non-refundable.
- The refund amount will be processed after deducting the shipping cost of the product
Cancellations:
- Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order.
- However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order is processed for dispatch
- No cancellations are entertained for the orders of the products placed on special discounts/offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, etc.
- These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy
Return and Refund:
- We accept the return or exchange of products only if the outer cover is damaged upon receipt of the order package.
- Once the items are delivered, the request for return should be placed within 3 days for a full refund
- To be eligible for a return, the item should have proof of purchase or invoice
- Once we receive your item, we will notify the status of the refund after inspection of the item
- If the return is approved after inspection, you will receive the refund within 7 working days
